The Spetsavtomatika-Service LLC has its own production facilities to produce:
Sets of reinforced concrete towers for 6 – 20 kV
High voltage lines with XLPE insulated cables. The tower sets are produced in compliance with the technical regulations ТU 5264-020-57953748-2006. The unique point of these reinforced tower sets is that there is the possibility of combined suspension of insulated wires and a fiber optic cable, which is used amongst other things, for the operational control of methods for electrochemical protection. The set consists of reinforced concrete poles, steel constructions sets, insulators, power line fittings, and also a suspension set for OPGW (optional).

The set allows suspension of fiber optic cables on towers of all types (reinforced concrete, steel, wood), including working overhead lines on the basis of insulated and open wires.
Vibrated Reinforced Concrete (VC) Poles, type VC 115-7

Strength and performance properties of VC poles are distinguished by enhanced reliability. Such poles are suitable for regions with increased gust-and-glaze loading and seismic activity up to rate 9.
Line Post Ceramic Insulators, type 10

Their insulation and strength properties are second to none amongst other ceramic insulators at this voltage type used in the Russian Federation.
Composite Insulating Crossarms for 10 kV-voltage

This is the most advanced solution in the field of line insulation. The set consists of polymer insulating components, pendant and connection fittings, and a set of fixing elements.
